About ME

My name is Joanie Burroughs and I'm a micro baker working under the Cottage Food Operations, division of food safety in Florida. I bake cakes, cupcakes, cookies, tasty treats, bread and more and I sell it out of the most adorable farm stand coming soon! I've finally decided to stop dreaming of baking for a living, and actually do it. I believe that good food should be available to everyone and that you don't need to settle for what grocery stores sell you.

I bake using the highest quality ingredients and have developed over time my own special flavors of icing. The one I'm most know for is my chocolate anise icing that is absolutely incredible, it showcases my Italian heritage and is perfect for the holiday season.
